ATLANTA - July 27, 2010: Paymetric, Inc., the leading provider of integrated and secure enterprise payment acceptance solutions, today announced it has partnered with United Tranz*Actions, LLC (UTA) to offer Paymetric clients new and increasingly efficient payment acceptance options. As a result of this partnership, customers now will have access to ACH and eCheck solutions that can improve cash flow, reduce exposure to bad debt and increase customer satisfaction. The combined functionality of Paymetric's and UTA's offerings can be integrated with a company's existing enterprise systems, presenting no disruption to the normal order-to-cash workflow.

Paymetric customers now have access to the following proven UTA solutions:
- Remote Deposit Capture, with Guarantee- UTA's remote deposit capture product enables a merchant to remotely and electronically deposit checks. Warranty can be applied on selected (or all) transactions so that the merchant will not experience returns. The merchant uses point of sale equipment or the internet to initiate the deposit process.
- ACH Processing, with Guarantee- A guaranteed automatic clearing house (ACH) transaction that enables a merchant to debit their customer's account electronically. No physical check is used, allowing merchants to obtain customer banking information over the internet, phone, fax or email. Warranty is applied on all approved transactions so the merchant will never experience another return.
- Check Guarantee- A non-electronic payment product that guarantees the payment of all approved check transactions. In the event a check is returned, the merchant will be reimbursed the funds and the collection liability is inherited by UTA.
- ACH Processing- A non-guaranteed ACH transaction that enables a merchant to debit their customer's account electronically. No physical check is used, allowing merchants to obtain customer banking information over the internet, phone, fax or email.
